1. Information We Do NOT Collect

WARIS App is designed with privacy-first principles. We do NOT collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Financial data or asset information
• Family member information entered in the app
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers

2. Data Storage

All data you enter in WARIS App (will information, assets, heirs, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage). This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is never transmitted to any server
• Is never shared with third parties
• Can be deleted at any time from Settings → Delete All Data

3. Internet Access

WARIS App works 100% offline. The app does not make any internet requests. No network permission is required for core functionality.

4. PDF Generation

PDF documents generated by the app are created locally on your device using the device's built-in capabilities. These files are only shared when you explicitly choose to share them using your device's share functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

WARIS App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Children's Privacy

WARIS App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, the app is safe for all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
